About the service

The app helps you track return windows for purchases and deadlines for subscriptions and free trials. Connecting Gmail and/or a bank account is optional and read-only.

Account

You sign in with an email and password, or with Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

SMS messaging program

Program name:Returns & Subscriptions Reminders.

Description:When you provide your phone number in account settings, we send you SMS reminders before your return windows close and before your trials or subscriptions auto-renew. You can also text the service to ask questions about your own data (e.g. “how long for amazon ___?”) and receive replies.

Message frequency: Variable, typically 1-3 messages per week depending on the deadlines you have coming up.

Message and data rates: May apply, depending on your carrier plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS. You can also disable SMS in your account settings.

Help: Reply HELP at any time for a list of supported commands.

What you grant us

By connecting a data source (Gmail, bank/card via Plaid, email forwarding) you grant us read-only access to the data those sources provide, for the sole purpose of populating your own dashboard and scheduling your own reminders. We do not use your data for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to track purchases, subscriptions, or deadlines that aren't yours, except via the household feature where another member has consented by joining your household.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” Reminders are best-effort: we'll try to deliver them on time, but you remain responsible for your own returns, cancellations, and bills. We make no guarantees about message delivery or carrier filtering.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
